“Top Notch Breakfast and staff.”
+The staff were amazing. Very helpful. Great breakfast. Good location.
−You couldn't flush the toilet paper. It had to go in trash can. The toilet and beds are low. Harder for older people to climb out of.

−I made a reservation for five nights but requested cancellation of just one night, which I could not utilize due to unforeseen visa delays. Despite explaining the circumstances, both my personal request and a separate appeal made by Booking.com on my behalf were outrightly denied. Following several complaints and email exchanges, I was eventually informed that I would receive a one-night voucher for future use. However, at checkout, the voucher had still not been issued, and I was instead asked to send yet another email. At this point, I have decided to forfeit the offer entirely. What is most disappointing is not simply the refusal to accommodate my initial request, but the lack of flexibility, empathy, and follow-through in handling the situation. Based on this experience, I will neither return to nor recommend this hotel.

+Location, safe, clean, modern. The staff is extraordinary! Extermely polite, helpful and friendly.
−For the price the view from the balcony was a bit of a disappointment tis time but I still had a great stay!
