“Good location but needs refurbishing”
+Location
−Old and dated. Kitchen unit needs to be replaced as well as the carpet. Stains and paint spots on the floor. All the plugs were perished.

“Beds comfy, Room very clean, Quiet even though it is beside main highway. Highly recommend.”
+It was very close to town and all the tourist attractions. Steampunk, old Oamaru buildings and shopping, penguin watching and beaches.
−I would like to see a kitchen sink/Taps and bench in unit. Only place to wash cups/plates is in bathroom basin not ideal. Didn't wash them and the plastic bathroom basin was so terribly stained making it look very dirty.

+Location was good. Staff got things when asked. Ideal for what we needed.
−The shower needs work as floor around shower lifting and possibly mould present. Had to ask for toilet paper.

+The motel is in a perfect spot for walking to town and the old part of town, eatery etc. The room was warm with good shower, clean and nice comfortable bed. Overall a good place to stay!
