+Very easy to find on the outskirts of town, occasional sounds of trucks of a night, but other than that nice quiet spot, the room met our needs & expectations so much so that we always stay here if we can get a room

+The bed was great. The owner was very friendly and super accommodating. The room was well heated and clean.
−The room was very dated for the price. The drapes need replacing , if cleaned they may fall apart.
