−All-inclusive is not actually ALL ! There is a discrepancy between what is announced in the system and what is actually on site at the hotel!

+We enjoyed our stay very much . Very clean, tasty food, beautiful view from the room, the staff was nice and cooperative. One of the best places we have been to. Definitely will go again!
−The only thing we did not like was that the private pool was not heated and we couldn’t use it. The weather was not nice and we hoped that at least we could use the pool. A technician came to check it and it turned out that it was turned off from the cleaning staff and it needed at least two or three days to get warm. Other than that everything was great.
