+Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Must nominate Dawn the receptionist as being especially helpful when we were stranded due to the ferry being cancelled - she found us space in the same rooms again - result! We stayed in the new rooms and these were clean and warm. Bar was friendly and the food OK for both dinner and breakfast.

+Nice hotel near the harbour and town centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice quiet room with very comfortable beds and powerful showe.

+We liked the hotel, liked our room, the staff, etc. But we had a room with an adjoining door and it was paper thin. We could hear the neighbors' conversation, the TV , a sneeze. We also had the misfortune of being right above the pub on a Saturday night. Otherwise, would stay at the Albert again!
