+Very poorly maintained, air conditioning marginal. Refused to rectify the situation other than by offering a very filthy fan. Refused to refund our payment when we found the room unsatisfactory only 10 minutes into our stay.

+Bird poop all over outside entrances (bird feeders on property). Towels very thin. Refrigerator was not plugged in so it took time to cool down. No ice machine but front desk guy gave me a little bowl of ice. No coffee but none pictured. Just a FYI.

+I booked this stay theough epedia and tried to cancel 3 days before the stay because my daughters college team didnt make the cut. I tried with expedia only for them to say i didnt have an itinerary. Proceeded to call the hotel themselves and they only spoke another language and would just hang up on me. So at that point I thought since there was no itinerary then it must not be booked. Well 3 days later I was charged.
