“Small Room with Limited Space”
+Room was clean, staff was helpful
−While the location/stay had its points, the room configuration was disappointing. The room and bathroom are very cramped, and the low ceiling directly above the bed is a safety hazard, I repeatedly bumped my head trying to navigate around the room. We spoke directly with the property manager about these issues. Rather than acknowledging our concerns or apologizing, he blamed the Wi-Fi problems on the local internet provider and said there was nothing he could do about the slow service. He also attributed the hot tub problem to children using it. There was no apol
