+Location to the Lakey Peak surf spot and the restaurant itself. Restaurant staff is the friendliest in the world. Interesting surf art on the walls.
−Shower, either too hot or too cold. Poor bed sheets. Dusty gravel on the patio. Light bulbs and sockets not working. Pish poor internet in the room. Poor cleaning. Management of the hotel mostly absent.

+Huge comfy beds and beautiful interior, great balcony for surf checks, the room felt spacious, super clean, comfortable and safe. A great restaurant down stairs with the friendliest staff, delicious variety of food and great coffee. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with.
