“Enjoyable stay in a wonderful apartment”
+Perfect, new, warm. Easy door code entrance. Extra pleasant and functional interior. Fast lift. Unexpectedly useful balcony. Plenty of space where you can park a bike. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the public transport. Convenient street parking at weekends.
−Just minors: The kitchen is nice and functional, but frugal. There is only one hob and one pot. No proper knife, no colander (at least in no. 41). The bedding is synthetic. The shower cubicle leaks a bit.

+It was newly renovated/built. Clean
−It was listed as air conditioned. It had a thermostat on the wall, but you couldn’t do any adjustments. The mattress in the bed was very hard. There is no lock/latch inside the door, to keep it safe from opening by anyone who has knowledge of the code. These issues might not be important to you, but coming from the USA it seemed odd.
