“Fantastisch!”
+Een prachtig verzorgd en heel ruim en modern appartement. Het is bovendien uitstekend geïsoleerd, dus je kunt je volledig afsluiten van de geluiden van de drukke stad, als je wil. Ligt bovendien heel dichtbij het trein- en metrostation Tiburtina, dus je bent zo in het oude centrum van Rome maar ook gemakkelijk bereik baar vanaf het vliegveld.
−Doordat de locatie net buiten het centrum is, is de ligging wat minder pittoresk, maar wel heel praktisch!

+Host was exeptional helpful, he arranged a taxi for us at the airport. Communication was very fast via Whatsapp, Appartment was very clean, spacious. If you are planning a trip to Rome do not hesitate to book this appartment. Near the metro station, great location.

“Most perfect stay, exceeding expectations by a mile!”
+Superb location, really close to the metro/train station which you can go anywhere in Rome with also very close to lots of food shops and supermarkets. Hosts were so kind and went above and beyond to help us and helped us really quickly. The apartment is very open and clean with a balcony. The apartment comes with everything you could need and more. The Air Con was so useful and worked very well. Location was very nice only 25 minutes away from our airport and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Our apartment was on our own floor so there was no noise and felt very private and nice. There was a locked gate at the front of the tower so safety was not an issue. Everything was very clean like bedding and kitchenware. Kitchen had every appliance we needed and more!Genuinely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in and we felt so sad to leave, would 100% reccomend and would come back.
−The shower was a bit small but nothing that much of an issue, apart from that there was nothing else to complain about.

+Da je bil pomivalni in pralni stroj v stanovanju in da so bile tudi zraven tablete za pranje na razpolago. Likalnik z likalno desko. Udobne postelje. Indukcijska. Hladilnik z zamrzovalno skrinjo. Klima.

+Very clean and communication and instructions from Massimo on entering the apartment was very clear and he he gave a lot of information and answered any queries straight away.
−Once you left the apartment, the power would turn off, so you couldn’t leave a load of washing running, whilst you were out for the day, or run the dishwasher and expect to come back to a clean load of dishes. This should have been communicated on the website. Also, the air conditioner would not run whilst you were out, which meant that the apartment way very hot to come back to and then it took a long, long time to cool down. We ran the air conditioner all night when we arrived and the property only cooled from 29C to 25.5C in the living room and this was running for 12hours straight. I don’t think this is a great system for guest, when you’re paying a lot of money.

+The apartment is spacious and has a nice design. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, we got great info and excellent communication. We were able to park the car for the whole stay in the private underground garage. It is very conveniently located on 10 minutes walk from the metro. Beds are comfortable. The bedroom has a dressing room which is really nice. There is a balcony. Air conditioning works well. The table and chairs are convenient for remote working.
−Supermarkets are quite far away, but there are some mini markets nearby. The kitchen is missing some essential things (e.g. chef knife).
