“Perfecto para familias pequeñas que buscan descansar y divertirse”
+Es un alojamiento muy cómodo, limpio, seguro y tranquilo.
−La playa más cercana está muy delimitada a causa de las propiedades cercanas que la acapararon. Pero es un pueblo pequeñito así que está muy cerca otra playa.
“Fabulous holiday place”
+Absolutely stunning place, has everything for a delightful stay. Great communication with owners, very safe, very comfortable apartment hotel.

+Toller Pool ! Schöne gepflegte Anlage
−Ein wenig abseits . Kein Strand
“Nice apartment with so much potential...”
+Nice two bedroom apartment (#203-A) in a convenient location. Beds comfortable, AC effective, and WiFi consistent and responsive. Nice to have both a washer and dryer. Water pressure and hot water were very good. Pool and common areas were well-maintained and comfortable. All communications with the host were clear and prompt. We had an issue with the TV remote, and it was resolved quickly.
−While the beds were comfortable, the furniture in the living space was not. No real comfortable place to spend time indoors. Chairs and table on the balcony were comfortable, though the table needs to be replaced due to exposure to the elements (legs badly rusted). While well-equipped, the kitchen provisions need an upgrade. Pots and pans are badly worn, and the cutlery as cheap as it gets. Siphon to get water from the garrafon of drinking water is awkward, and it would be so easy to have a battery-operated pump. In general, the furnishings and appointments left us thinking that "this could have been so much nicer".

“A wonderful introduction to the Yucatán”
+Great location for our needs! Enjoyed Pickleball nearby @ Senor Crocs. Easy access to both Progreso & Chicxulub central. Eduardo & his wife were very helpful & accommodating. The pool and rooftop are great!

“Best pool area !!”
+Playa Chaca is a gem of a condo complex, with a lovely salt water pool surrounded by palms and seating areas. There are few dining options within walking. But there is a ex-pat bar close by with decent food, pickle ball courts and a friendly clientele.
−We had problems with the internet connection and the lack of anything to boil water in. Both were rectified by our host within 24 hours.
“Highly recommend! We will return to this accommodation.”
+Great location! Within walking distance of the Center of Progresso! Great restaurants nearby and only a street up from the beach. The rooftop has a lovely area to barbecue and sit among friends to watch the sun go down. 24 hour security and staff to answer questions and offer suggestions for entertainment.
