+The place was close to town, very convenient
−the place we stayed at recently. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the owner was super helpful. One thing that didn't quite work for us was the lack of Wi-Fi - understand that issues happen, and she did try to help and resolve it. Overall, would still recommend, thanks for the hospitality!
