+公寓位置好，周边好多中国餐厅和亚洲超市，楼下就有家川菜馆，地铁站很近，离卡尔教堂15分钟步行距离，晚上去听卡尔教堂音乐会很方便，房间设施新，齐全，干净。

+شقة جميلة وشرحه السرير والمخدات جدا مريحه نظافة الشقة رائعة بها شُرفة مفيدة جدا لاستنشاق الهواء الطلق الشقة بها كافة المستلزمات من مايكرويف وحماصة توست وغلاية ومكينة نسبريسو واطباق وملاعق ، المالك كان جدا متعاون ومتفهم طلبنا ساعة زيادة قبل الخروج ووافق بكل تقدير واحترام ، موقعها في منطقة هادية لايوجد ازعاج .

+super Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, gut ausgestattet. großartige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
−kein Parkplatz, aber man Glück haben in der Kurzparkzone. Nächste TG ist 5‘ zu Fuß entfernt.

“Pleasant stay in a spacious apartment”
+Location is excellent, a little bit out from the main city centre and therefore quieter. There is a supermarket close by which is super convenient and also Naschmarkt across the road. Two nice cafes within a stone’s throw- Cafe Sperl and Cafe Drechsler (my preferred). The self contained unit is spacious and clean and more than adequate though I would have preferred to have a washing machine inside the apartment. This is available but not in ours. Christian was also very helpful and accessing the property was not an issue. He’s is very responsive and would answer your queries almost instantaneously. All in all, a very pleasant stay which I would recommend.
−There is a lot of graffiti on that street which is a shame.
