+Nelson es un excelente anfitrión!!! excelente ubicación!!!!!!
“Mi Ca-Sa really felt like home”
+Super comfy beds. A well stocked little kitchenette. Hot water! 😁 An attractive courtyard for sitting and gathering. Great location within easy walking distance to the Paseo Montejo. All the Ubers found it easily.
−Some hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful along with some more space to put toiletries. Luggage racks in the bedrooms would be good for keeping bags off the floor.

“A wonderful place to stay”
+A lovely quiet clean oasis in Merida. Nelson is so helpful with anything you may need. Comfortable bed. Water provided. Calle47 bars and restaurants just around the corner
“So much better than I expected for the price, Nelson is an excellent manager who made it special.”
+This was my 4th, multi-month visit to Merida in 15 years, I have always made it a habit to stay in different areas and to spend 1 month each in different accommodations on every trip. That will not be necessary in the future, I have now found my “home” in Merida, away from the noise of the historic Centro, but close to everything. The Montejo district is my favourite part of Merida and MI CA-SA is steps from the beautiful Paseo, restaurants, museums, bars, parks, laundries, WalMart and the Plaza Grande is a 20 minutes walk away. Nelson is very gracious and is extremely accommodating, he is around every day so he is very available, you can also chat with him on Whatsapp, to help with any issues or to share his extensive local knowledge of Merida and the surrounding area. Technical issues were also dealt with quickly. When I arrived I found small snacks, maps and a copy of Yucatán Today magazine, which lists current events in Mérida, on the table. I think little details like that can make all the difference in a property as it gives you some idea how much the host cares. The apartment was equipped with A/C, a fan, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, pots and pans, a microwave, a

“Perfekter Gastgeber”

“If the owner updated the apartments he could easily double the price per night per stay allowing him to ability to conti”
+The location is ideal! So many places you can walk or ride one of the bikes the property has to offer. The grounds are beautiful and the owner was always available with helpful information
−I could not find where it mentioned that I our apartment would be upstairs. Narrow staircase, not any kind of railing at top. Me being someone with a hip issue found this extremely difficult. Plenty of room in the apartment however the furnishings were bare and in bad condition (most of it being particleboard). The mini blinds would not work, not close so at night there was plenty of light streaming in. They weren’t even able to adjust. The blinds gave the place a look of low quality.
“Great location, quiet and cosy apartment, and Nelson is a very attentive host. A fabulous stay.”
