+As described and like in the pictures, lovely room, perfect for duos or couples. GREAT location, so so many things within walking distance, including the metro
−Lack of lighting at night, no big long length mirror and pillows were slightly uncomfortable

+Location is great. Rooms are great. All the amenities that we needed. We had a few areas in the apartment that wasnt cleaned properly that stood out quite a bit, our room was however delayed from check in time due to the cleaner. We had to wait outside for a while. Everything was ok, except for the stairwell leading up to the room. It is VERY narrow and super high. NOT PRACTICAL for older people, larger families with loads of luggage, people will bad knees. I Dont recommend this place for you. Otherwise, all good!
−Stairwell to the room needs to be advertised properly. We had no idea. Cleaners didnt clean room properly.

−struttura priva di ascensore e arrivare al 5 piano con i bagagli e e trauma visto che ce una scala da incubo diciamo che e un rompicollo poi il bagno senza bide per me e uno schifo e la porta del bagno che come non ci fosse praticamente uno schifo per i soldi che o pagato

“My Daughter and I had a brief but good stay. Blockout blinds worked well”
+The location was good. Bed was comfortable and provided everything we needed.
−Very thin windy stairs. Shower a bit tricky to work. Code to enter was good but needed to follow up on getting a key. Very loud with windows open.

“Paris Stay”
+Location is perfect for a weekend getaway
−No mention of spiral staircase before booking We were at Third floor 50 steps if you have a mobility issue forget it..We stayed 2 weeks and had to ask for towels and linen change.. First day shower was boliling Hot malfunction,then few days later sink was slow to drain then final days Shower was same in draining. Wouldnt recomend a pity
