+Room and location
−Bed was a little uncomfortable. Didn't like that we had to call another number to be let in. Also when we checked out, a random man said just leave the keys here and I will pass it over. Had no idea who he was and seemed sus. Ended up calling a lady to check us out who was really nice.

−Cleaning of apartment and glasses missing and dirty cups in cupboards. Lack of dusting been done.

“Wouldn’t recommend for families - good location”
+Easy walking distance to Coles and the esplanade.
−Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of this apartment were well below expectations. It felt like only a quick wipe-down, vacuum and change of sheets had been done between stays. There was dust throughout the apartment, mould in the seals of the washing machine, mold through the silicon on the patio door, mold and putrid water in the toilet brush holder, stained indoor and outdoor furniture, and shower shelves falling off the wall. . The pool was also unclean, with clumps of human hair floating throughout it , almost as though someone had had a haircut in the pool. Check-in was frustrating as nobody was there when we arrived at 2pm, and my call went unanswered. The car parks are also extremely tight , one resident had even zip-tied a pool noodle to their car to protect it from neighbouring car doors. Overall, the property needs a much more thorough clean and better maintenance between guests.

+Location was in walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect! Size of unit was great. Very comfortable. We stayed on the second floor and the pool (great size and very clean) was on the first so it didn’t take long to get there. Loved it. Bedrooms were gorgeous, shower recesses were spacious and stylish. Great sized kitchen and pantry.
−Handle on laundry door was broken so fell off every time you needed to use it. The ensuite didn’t have any towel rails or hooks. Had to hang towels over door. Also the bench space in ensuite is limited, not great for the many cosmetics that women (I) need. A tiny shelf on the wall near the mirror or above the sink would have been perfect.
