“So chilled with lovely weather…”
+Love coming to this pub, very welcoming and friendly, sad to see it’s been sold, but will visit the their other pub in Saltburn, Sunday lunch is fab there.
−Nothing, we have been coming for a lot of years, even when the previous owners had.

“Very very disappointed”
+No breakfast option, no chef on day of arrival so no food option at all.
−The room was poor, the cleanliness non existent. Clothes rail hanging off the wall, curtain tie backs too. No way to keep window open. Clothes left in the drawers ( not ours). The kettle was dirty. The bedside cabinets were sticky.

+Lovely part of Yorkshire, much potential at location, especially beer garden.
−Lack of interaction from staff, facility has clearly gone downhill, got the feeling closure is imminent

“Great location and staff, but very grubby accommodation”
+The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I want to highlight that as they clearly like working there. The location os fabulous! Free parking too There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room
−The place is completely run down. The decor is tired and grubby You can feel every spring in the thin mattress The place smells of damp There is mould all round the shower. The floor in the bathroom was soft and feels like its going to fall through
