+The location is accessible and just a few mins walk to many conveniences. Our room was an upgrade, a very big room so our stay was very comfortable. We got a balcony room too. Almost no noise from outside so you can rest well. The staff are very friendly and polite. Ms. Linda, the manager is amazing. She helped me a lot with my bookings, very prompt and trustworthy!! She has lots of recommendations for the trip! Needless to say, we are actually back to stay again after our trip from Sapa!
−A very quick fix, the shower door just needs to be tightened to keep it in place.

“Perfect”
+The hotel was perfectly located. We had the junior suite with balcony. The windows were double glazed so barely any road noise. Would stay again.
−The window from the bedroom to the bathroom was a bit weird. But at least there was a curtain that could be closed. Quite funny actually

+The water pressure for showering is big which is nice, bed was comfy.
−As it is located almost next to the lobby and kitchen, it was so noisy with a lot of clattering sound from the dishes and preparation for breakfast in the early morning 530am in the kitchen and people talking loudly in the lobby area. Can't really sleep much in the morning. Ac was not cold as well, it was very warm. Spoke to the staff but feels like the staff already knew what I was saying, perhaps many complained about it. There are many other hotels that offer the same price with less noisy surrounding I guess. If it is to stay again, you probably have to book a more expensive room to live on other floors unless you're a very deep sleeper.

+Our Top Recommendation in Hanoi! After staying at quite a few hotels in different areas of Hanoi, we can confidently say that Golden Rooster Hotel has been our favorite and the one we would recommend without hesitation. The location is excellent , very convenient and close to everything. The rooms are surprisingly spacious compared with many hotels in Hanoi, with very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and some rooms even have balconies and soundproof windows, which is a huge bonus in such a busy city. The staff are truly wonderful. Sandy welcomed us so warmly and was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with absolutely everything we needed. The rest of the team were just as friendly and attentive. Breakfast was generous, varied, fresh, and delicious, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Hanoi, don’t miss Golden Rooster Hotel. We would happily stay here again! ❤️
