“Très agréable, très bien situé, belle chambre!”
+Accueil impeccable, et en français. Localisation au centre historique de Côme, idéal pour se balader. Superbe chambre, spacieuse; petite terrasse à l'étage pour prendre le café et fumer tranquillement.
−Nous sommes descendus à 9h15 pour le pdj (ouvert jusqu'à 10h) et il n'y avait plus grand chose à manger à part les biscottes... un peu décevant, même si nous comprenons qu'il faut éviter le gaspillage.

“The staff were very helpful, I felt safe in the building, it was a lovely location in Como”
+The breakfast was only fair. They was plenty of fresh fruit but it was always too hard to eat. Day after day. A fresh fruit cocktail would have been better. Also it’s nice to have some cherry tomatoes snd cucumber. The coffee was delicious.

“Wonderful experience and if we revisit will stay at the same hotel.”
+Location was great. 15 minutes walk from railway station. Piazza at front with hotels restaurant for breakfast & meals. Continental breakfast was great with good selection and the staff were wonderful and so keen to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Highly recommended. Note: As an advisement, be aware the top floor suite is not served by the lift as it is an old building, so the lift motor room is on the same floor as the suite. It was no problem to us and the staff if needed will carry any luggage up the last flight of stairs

“Excellent location in the historic centre”
+The hotel has an excellent location, right in the historic city centre, with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk from the lake. Everything is easily accessible on foot. The staff are very friendly and attentive, always happy to help and answer any questions. Sara was particularly kind and gave us some great recommendations on the main places to visit in the city.
−Perhaps a little more variety at breakfast would make the experience even better.
