“Pleasant.”
+Perfect location, well equipped kitchen.
−Upon arrival we got a room definitely not suitable for a baby, with many stairs, super thin walls that you could hear every little noise. Also a lot of mosquitos. After contacting the stuff about that we booked another room that we could get in to the room easily they changed from the 2nd night. We asked to prepare for us the room without stairs and extra sheets, towels and cot for the baby and it wasn’t 100% made in order on time that’s a pity. I must say that after changing to another room it made our stay much better so thanks for that.

“Begeistert.”

“I love the experience of “living” like I’m a local.”
+It was a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, transportation, everything. I prefer stay in apartments when I travel. It feels like being a local and less touristy.
−The lack of some bedding, I.e. sheets. However this seems to be a constant as we are now in an apartment in Venice. It’s a minor thing and in no way detracts from how much I like staying here and would definitely stay again.

“Great location and helpful staff”
+5 minute walk from station and Duomo, but in an oasis of calm and quiet. Messaged staff on WhatsApp when we landed in Pisa and as we got through security quickly arrived in Florence an hour earlier than we thought. Staff replied quickly to messages and met us early.
−WiFi was a bit slow

“Excellent location as base to see the sights!”
+Great location with station, bars, restaurants, shops and sights all within easy walking distance Spacious apartments Received quick response by management to concerns raised
−Disappointed no one there to hand over keys within the time frame arranged. Had to call and wait to be met. When he arrived, Coco Places Firenze rep was pleasant friendly person, although appeared unsure of number of guests staying and initially wanted to charge double tourist tax. As discussed with Management and for which received an apology, found stay was affected by lack of soundproofing. Most regularly disturbed was balcony apartment on 1st floor, being directly over entry door. Heard frequent door slamming with guests entering and leaving building. This together with noise from other apartments of footsteps and chairs scraping, impacted on enjoyment of time in Florence and cut trip short as a result Couldn’t leave windows open or enjoy sitting on balcony due to mosquitoes. Found of 2 electric zappers provided only one had sufficient liquid in for long term use (same for both apartments). Mattresses proved to be uncomfortable - initially firm when lay down, although during the night without sprung support, this allowed mattress to sink under the body and tended to wake with lower backache Found WiFi unreliable, a disadvantage when trying to arrange tickets, because tended to
