+The flat is well equipped and convenient for the train station. Directions for pedestrians could be clearer: Go uo Wote St to the end and turn left. You will see Anchor Court on the left. Go beyond that about 20 yards and turn left down the alley. You will find the pedestrian gate there. The code doesn't seem to work but you can put your hand through the gate and open it. The key box is on the rt hand wall. The lifts don't work!

«Perfect for short stays»
+Central location with parking, comfy apartment. Owners have provided a couple of fans during current heatwave. Good communication throughout, check in/out details clear. Stayed here 3x now, tells you all you need to know.

«Good place to stay!»
+A great place to stay when you go to Basingstoke, you go out from the bulding and you're directly in the city centre. Everything we needed we found in the flat, very good contact with the owners.
−The only thing is that it looked like no one for a long time has cleaned the floor, other than that, all good!

+Secure parking which was great as the accommodation is in middle of town. Everything you need for short stay. Very clean, nice bedding and heating if needed. It was 10 minutes from anvil theatre which was perfect. Host was easy to contact to clarify where the accommodation was.

«Clean, great location. Superb communication from host.»
+Great location. Perfect for my stay. Convenient parking. Host was amazing and super helpful.
−Was a bit surprised that it appeared to be in a block of residential flats but definitely not a problem

«Very good but could do with a few minor tweaks/improvements.»
+Great compact little studio apartment. Nicely fitted out and with a good little kitchen. Ideal for work.
−Slightly odd smell in the bathroom and some signs of damp/water damage. Repairs needed around WC base.

«Ideal and centrally located for events..»
+Apartment was clean and great for the two of us..the hosts were great and nothing was too much trouble.
−The general walkways into and out of the apartment block were very dirty/stained and smelly..unpleasant considering the apartment itself was clean and fresh.
