−It’s not a hotel , it’s a timeshare, and apparently, the room type you book isn’t guaranteed, even if you’ve already paid for it. We booked and paid for a one-bedroom unit but were given a studio instead. The unit was listed on Booking.com by a third party. We contacted them about the issue and were promised that someone would get in touch with us to arrange appropriate compensation. However, we never received any updates. I followed up with them myself and still haven’t received a response. Book at your own risk.

“great little get-away for us, comfortable place to relax”
+Afternoon Temperature was 105, so pool was a must. Pool was just right temperature wise and large enough to hold several groups of people comfortably. It was nice it was in a courtyard of sorts, which kept the breeze from being too strong and kept the road noise out mostly. Room was comfortable and beds more than adequate. Nice little 2 night stay place. A restaurant list/review of nearby places would have helped some .

“Great place, dirty room, too many bugs!”
+Family of 5 - two toddlers and an infant. We stayed in F132 for 7 nights. Staff were wonderful in providing a pack n play already set up upon our entry and they called us the next morning to check in on how things were going. The pamphlets that were provided at check in were handy because we had no idea about the bugs and were disgusted at first. Regardless of the bug situation, there was just too many cobwebs and insects for us to be able to use the patio and BBQ. We did request for a clean and maintenance came shortly after but did not clean it up enough so we just took our beach mats and sat on the grass outside the patio. Our infant is crawling and in the unit his clothes were just covered black from all the dirt on the floor. We tried to clean it ourselves but it needs a major shampoo. The staff offered to send us a king bedsheet to lay on the floor, which we did but as parents would know this age, you can really keep a crawler confined on a sheet. Also, the cold water never got cold.. unsure if that was to do with the weather but that seemed a bit odd. Because of these things, we didn't enjoy our stay as were looking for other places to take the kids where they could play fre

“Beautiful room and property but you get price gauged on the available WiFi service.”
+The property was beautiful. Besides the onsite facilities such as the gym, pool, hot tub, playground and lake accessibility, the grounds are beautiful enough to encourage exploration on foot.
−The major complaint I have is WiFi is not included with rental and is available for an unreasonable extra cost. My family stayed for 3 days but the WiFi is only available in packages of 1 day, 10 day or 30 days. 10 days was $70!!!!! With today's needs that everything runs from WiFi or Data service, this should have been included with your rental considering what you pay! What's next, charging for tap water and clean bath towel service?

+Feels like a Home away from home versus a Hotel.
−It’s always so clean. This time the housekeeper skipped over the bathroom. The body wash dispenser was empty so we used our body wash. There was only a half roll of tissue so we used one from our car. The tub was filthy. We always stay where there’s a tub because I’m not a shower person. I thought maybe the hairs were just left in the tub from a towel that it was cleaned with but once I got a cup from the kitchen to rinse the tub then I realized it was so dirty.
