+Location, friendly staff and really clean rooms
−Breakfast is exactly the same everyday, bit basic, particularly if you are staying 3 or more nights.

+We arrived quite late (2:30 AM), and access to the street is a bit confusing. However, public parking is available, and there was someone at the reception desk, despite the late hour. The breakfast was tasty. The location is excellent, very close to Republic Square

“Clean, super well located”
+The location is excellent, just a five minute walk to shops and the central square. Super convenient location to tourist sites and museums. Rooms were clean and spacious (including a fridge), Booking.com breakfast upgrade was lovely (not a buffet but fresh cooked eggs, bread, cheese, yogurt, jam, lavash), and they let me store my luggage for the day after check out. Would stay here again!
−Bring cash to pay for the room as they don’t take card.

“Excellent Location, Comfort and Warm Hospitality”
+I stayed at this hotel for five overnights and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The location is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage. It is just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square, yet situated on a quiet street away from the city noise. I was given a spacious room on the top floor, which was well furnished and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness standards were excellent, and the room was cleaned daily. As I also needed to work during my stay, I particularly appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely easy and convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to one of the ladies who prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. It offers an excellent location, comfortable accommodation, high standards of cleanliness, and genuinely warm hospitality.
