“Probably will not stay there again.”
+Location Comfortable bed
−Had a No Smoking room that reeked of smoke. The bathroom also smelled very smokey at 6:00 in the morning. Cigarette smoke makes me nauseous and gives me an instant headache so I was very uncomfortable.

“As comfy as home.”
+Very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.
−It is very close to a somewhat noisy road. But ear plugs for sleeping worked fine.

“This was the perfect place for our stop-over on the way home.”
+This is an older motel, but the rooms have all the amenities of a newer one. The room was clean and and quiet and the grounds were well-kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a lot of lodging options in this town, but for the price it would be hard to find any better than this one. Highly recommend.
−As a mom and pop hotel, their office is not open to the public after hours. But they do have a service window with a doorbell and someone is available to help 24/7.

“Good value for the price.”
+Simply furnished but clean motel. We stayed for one night, and it was easy to access from the highway.

“Satisfactory for our needs”
+Location was good, room was clean and well supplied, good price value.
−One of the 2 queen bed mattresses had a dip in it and was not supportive. The bathroom sink faucet handle was broken. Shower had a drip the second night.

“Like a Motel 6 but clean”
+Very clean. Good location.
−The shower was cold. The bedding full of dust mites, (needed to be washed in hot water). No coffee. No pen or paper. No iron. Tiny soaps not good enough for a shower. Expensive for the amenities.
