“Once I'd sussed things out, I warmed to the hotel! I'd stay again!”
+Room and bathroom were of a decent size and there was an iron and ironing board! Nice that I didn't have to ask for one! Coffee and tea making facilities were good too. No fumbling to get the kettle to work, and there was plenty of lighting options in the room.
−It was noisy! The hotel air ventilation system was banging until 10pm and there was no way to turn the bathroom light off! The air vent in the bathroom only worked when the light was on - and staff didn't explain that it was linked to the door closing!

+Central location convenient for shops, restaurants and the Valley Gardens. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they gave us an earlier check in due to the terrible weather outside. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and it provided everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

“Location and staff with the Orchid Thai restaurant the best Thai food we’ve eaten outside Thailand”
+The location is priceless and The Orchid puts the icing on the cake. A special mention to George who works in the restaurant a true gentlemen and very professional
−The lights that automatically come on in the bathroom can be a bit bright if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night

+Size of the room. Plenty of hanging space. Brilliant bed and mattress excellent beverage selection location was excellent for getting into Harrogate. Also had evening meal at the adjoining ORCHID RESTAURANT
−Larger car park and accessible spots. Very tight for even our Kia Sportage.
