“It was okay. The bed was good size but it was the volume of the entire room. Good shower.”
+The size of the bed. The evening front desk host (the pepsi guy) was OUTSTANDING!!!! He was beyond accommodating, understanding, charismatic, attentive, helpful. and so much more. I wish i would’ve gotten/remembered his name because I would love to book this hotel again if he’s working. He answered every single question and provided me with excellent, EXCEPTIONAL service!
−The area. The day time customer front desk host. Very kurt and rude.

“EXCELLENT!”
+We had a wonderful stay at Melrose Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and always available to help. Our room (a huge one!) was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend it!

+The room was modern and clean and had a great view of the Manhattan skyline. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Great location near the 2 & 5 lines. Bodega with an atm and drug store in the same block.
−There was a slight misconnect with the front desk and housekeeping which caused us some inconvenience during our stay. Eventually the problem got fixed. The neighbourhood was a little rough but didn't cause anyharm.
