“Nice hotel. But needs a lot of improvement.”
+A very comfortable room, but lot of mosquitoes which creates a lot of disturbance... The inroom dining menu is elaborate but the staff are not ready to take order as they clearly refuse to take any order....

+Very rude staff No hotel restaurant was open at 10:15pm. Neither room service. No help for mobile charger etc. Even mediocre hotels provide mobile chargers to guests.

“Good location”
+Location was suitable for my purpose of U.S Visa interview. The transportation arrangements were proper. Had some difficulty getting the room on arrival as it was morning time even though they already had the information about the time of arrival. This was sorted out soon. The condition of the room leaves a lot to be desired. The faucet was leaking all over the bathroom. Room service was good. Overall, good hotel.
