“Great location if you want a quiet place with reasonably good amenities”
+Location; quiet and feels secure being close to Diplomatic residences and Embassies. Size of rooms. Staff responsiveness.
−Location of the suites; far from the main building and requires use of staircase. Buffet breakfast where access to the food is physically restricted; the 1st time I have ever seen that in all my travels. No extension phones available in the common areas, so Guest and Staff can’t easily call Reception or Maintenance if they need assistance. No door bells for the Suites; a Guest in the bedroom can’t easily hear someone knocking on the front door.

“A very good and secure hotel for diplomatic or business travel in Abuja, with strong facilities and an excellent locatio”
+The hotel is extremely well located for diplomatic and business travel, particularly due to its proximity to both the U.S. and British embassies. The room was spacious with clearly defined living and working areas, and the internet was fast and reliable for work purposes. Room service was convenient and easy to use, while the laundry collection and return service was very efficient. The pool area was relaxing in the Abuja heat, security at the hotel was robust, and breakfast offered a good selection including a fresh egg station.
−One fish meal ordered during the stay was extremely poor quality and unfortunately inedible. The laundry process was very quick and convenient, but the clothes did not feel properly cleaned on return. I would prefer slightly slower turnaround with better cleaning quality. The dessert menu was also frequently unavailable.

“Very friendly staff, value for money is rather low!”
+Clean room, Friendly staff (especially the laundry staff) Well secure location
−Internet is poor! The restaurant definitely needs fresher and a wider range of food items The cost that was charged on my card at the hotel is higher than the figure that I saw when I made the booking. I was told that this is "due to currency conversion!"

“I didn’t feel I receive value for the money I spent. I won’t book here again. The property upkeep has declined over the”
+I liked the friendly and attentive staff
−The facilities were subpar and the finishes of the room were poor. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, needs remodeling asap. Curtains in the room are dirty. Room was decent.
