−Check in time is at 3:00 p.m. I got there maybe 5 minutes early and my room was not ready so I had to wait an hour for them to get my room cleaned and then when I went in the room there was no trash bags in the trash cans the TV remote didn't work so I had to wait to watch TV which isn't bad and the front desk woman was nice enough to come bring me batteries also on their description online that says they have a kitchenette which from my experience always means the refrigerator in the microwave but they had no microwave if you had to walk all the way to the front lobby to use the microwave but I was mainly upset because I asked if I could check out an hour later and she basically said no even though they can get me in until an hour after check in time.

+Facility was clean. It was a fine room & I had no complaints there.
−Housekeeping walked into the room well my wife was getting dressed. Tried to contact the property manager about it but they said housekeeping did not enter the room and said we were still in the room at 10:50AM. But I have life360 location proof that we had already left the property and dropped off the keycard by 10:45AM. Hoping corporate will be contacting me soon. I asked for the situation to be escalated.

+Staff and property were courtesy and property was clean WiFi on the other hand was spotty at best connections could not be maintained when it would connect for more than a minute. Best connection was from 3:30 to 4 in the morning. Text complaint was answered respectfully but I was there for additional days and there was no improvement. Unacceptable!
−WiFi You either have dusty equipment, poor service from your provider, or have been or are under a hacking attack. Unacceptable for a business traveler.

“Nasty”
−The couch in our room had crusty stuff all over it and was absolutely disgusting. The sheets had hair and yellow brown stains on it. Had no toilet paper at all when we called to get some they told us no one was there then hung up called back and they said it was at the desk.

“Don’t do it.”
+Location was great, right off 40
−They gave us the dirtiest room they had. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty and had someone’s hair all over it. The tub had hair. Our beds looked like someone had already slept in them and they just made the bed look presentable again. I pulled the cover off to find long stands of hair. Then I spilled something on the floor, and I always travel with wipes. So I wiped the floor with a wipe and it was BLACK. Floors haven’t been cleaned in months! Then there was hair on the fridge. Terrible experience . Will not be returning to this hotel.
