+Clean and simple. Large suite. Friendly people. Good location for us. Pet friendly.
−Kids running late night early morning in their room above us.

“If you go, make sure you get there before light check-in”
+I like the middle sitting area for the people
−Our room was half clean, half not clean when we got it, and they sent us to the wrong room first, and someone was in there because we did a late check-in

“The suite was great but housekeeping was lacking.”
+Beautiful suite, comfortable mattress.
−There was mildew spots on our bottom sheet, but luckily there was a bag in the closet with more sheets. We changed the sheet and then noticed a spot on that sheet! Does not feel clean or healthy to lie down on sheets with mildew spots on them!

+Good location
−Not as clean as it should have been. Lacking basic maintenance, we asked to have the adjoining door looked at and no one ever showed up. The dishwasher wasn’t emptied so I had to put dishes away to have utensils.

“Spacious, needed to be cleaned properly. Hand towels would have been nice to have in kitchen area.”
+The space was so nice and much better than a traditional hotel room. Very spacious and tvs were mounted and big screens.
−It was clean upon glance, but once inside the tub had a few hairs on the side and the floor wasn’t swept properly, Definitley wasn’t mopped. Floor color disguised the dirt on the floor.

“lovely space, thoughtless staff”
+Nice to have the space of an apt.
−I came in wearing a walking boot for my broken foot and despite there being NO ELEVATOR she put me on the second floor and watched me struggle past her front desk and up stairs with my luggage.

“Filthy”
+Location was good for the show I attended..
−The floors were so filthy my feet got dirty when I got out of the shower, they had debris still in them as well! The towels were spour and smelt terrible! And the sheets in the first room i had were stained and stunk! The worst experience ive had since the opening!

+The caring staff!!! I had made prior reservations to check in because the air went out in my house. I called and explained my situation and asked if it was possible to check in earlier. I was told to come on in. When l got there, check in was swift and everything l needed was in my room. I'm definitely grateful
