“Ordinary Hotel but good value”
+It’s away from main attractions and is an average hotel. Rooms are basic…

+The room smelt of sewage, I received two single beds for children instead of a double, the aircon was broken and shaking all night. I checked out early and they are refusing to return my money for the nights I didn’t stay. I don’t usually complained nor do I write reviews but I advise no one stay here. The receptionist lady was lovely and agreed and promised I would receive a refund but now they are not doing so

+Our stay at Silver Bay Hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a room with two large twin beds but were given one double and one single. The single bed was definitely not sleepable - the mattress was so lumpy you could feel the base beneath it. The double bed was a bit better, but still not comfortable. The room was far from clean, and the bathroom was poorly designed. The shower caused water to flood the bathroom, and we had to run down to reception for extra towels to try to contain it. The staff were polite enough and did organise airport pickup (though gave us incorrect information about where to pay). A late check-out was a small bonus, but overall, it was a poor experience. I wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend it.
