+Large 2 bedroom apartment with more than enough room. Great location handy to tram stops
−For our 7 night stay our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for our trash to be cleared and also for extra towels. Disappointed that the pool was closed.

“Comfortable well located apartment for our two night Melbourne stay.”
+Great location for our visit to Melbourne to go to a show at Hamer Hall. Easy & friendly check in & reasonably priced secure car parking on site. Spacious lobby and front drop off at Hotel. Our apartment was comfortable. Quiet apartment complex. Loved been by near Botanic Gardens.
−We faced a construction site but this was only an issue on second night when noisy works in progress.

−I’m missing a pair of tights. No one has called me to tell me they have found them. I believe they were stolen. Not happy and I need someone to help asap.
