“A great stay.”
+The Rooftop Spa is fantastic and the meal at 52 was one of the best we’ve ever tasted. The beef wellington at the Clocktower restaurant is also worth a shout out. The restaurant gardens are inspiring and well worth a walk around.
−The clock tower restaurant was very busy and there was a delay in service so we ended up eating our main course without any drinks. The swimming pool was cold and needed cleaning, there was a lot of dirt at the bottom.

“Stay of true indulgence:)”
+I love everything about this property, you could turn up to your room completely empty handed as they have thought of everything right down to my favourite eye patches in the room, snacks, real coffee, stocked mini bar & beautiful bathroom products, lighting of choice in the room so spacious and very comfortable & I had such a nice quiet stay with no noises which is super important to me

“Chris front of house was excellent. Very helpful and great to chat too.”
+The room was great
−Breakfast was busy and slow. Food was a bit hit and miss in the restaurant

“Nice hotel, pricey for what it is.”
+Nice hotel, rooms a little small for the price especially if you can't use the spa etc (quite restricted for Children) food in Horto restaurant not great, but the clocktower is nice.
−We had a problem with out shower which made the whole room smell like a sewer overnight, not ideal in a "luxury" hotel however it was sorted fairly quickly in the morning, just not a great start to the day!

“Luxurious and uplifting.”
+Delightful secluded location and really enjoyed the vibrant decor and art work.
−Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of shower over a bath.

“Simply perfect!”
+This is the most beautiful relaxing hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are outstanding, they are obviously very well respected by the owners. The service levels are exceptional. I was greeted at my car for someone to collect my bags, someone will always park the car for me, and then I was offered a driver to drop off and then collect me. It absolutely made my day!
