“AWESOME”
+First and foremost, before i arrived at the property, as a constant traveller around the world that has stayed in a lot of hotels, i had made reservations for optional accommodation around the Island, just in case i had to make a last minute decision not to go to PAH, after reading the reviews, i decided to give it a try. Looking back now i will gladly say,i t was the best decision i made to stay at PAH. What made the hotel special was not just the calmness and serene nature of the hotel, the hotel provides that serenity any guest requires after a chaotic Lagos city life. For me,PAH is unique because of the training i consider most of its staff have received from the management. Kudos to the management of the hotel. Starting from the receptionists/front desk staff, to the kitchen staff, to the housekeeping, and the manager Mr Emmanuel. They all went that extra mile to ensure their guests were happy and satisfied with every aspect of the hotels services.I will like to give special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Emmanuel, for making our stay special, also i will like to give special thanks to the entire front desk staff for their professional services(Peter, Shuaib, Ruth, Chidinma, Ma

“Let's put it down to experience!”
+The staff were great! Attentive, kind and helpful!
−The place needs major upgrade and maintenance. I chose the presidential suite, which was anything but that. A budget hotel in Europe would fare better. The restuarant would be described as a canteen. Breakfast took me back to my days in boarding school. I was skinny in those days. Finally no one tells you that a code is needed to access the estate where the hotel is. I sat at the gate waiting for it. I decided not to extend my stay.

“Highly recommended”
+Courteous and friendly staff, they are very prompt at attending to requests Property is clean and it’s is located in a secure estate secluded from noise and air pollution of Lagos Food is good
−The hotel would pass for a 5 star if little maintenance issues can be fixed (leaky AC, minor cracks on the tiles) Breakfast is one per room, contrary to hotels in other parts of the world, this should be clearly stated on their page so guests can make an informed decision Overall, our stay was good
