“A really first class hotel with excellent service and very pleasant staff.”
+It was a beautiful boutique hotel with a good size room and lovely bathroom. It was in a prime central location.
−The bar lacked atmosphere.

“Grazie bene to all the wonderful staff at Palazzo Dipinto!”
+We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Dipinto in Lucca. Location was great, close to the main squares but tucked away in a quiet location. The room was very nice and staff really special! They were always available to answer questions. Breakfast was fabulous and the fruit was so fresh and tasty. We would definately stay here again!
−We are not crazy about Italian showers but getting used to them!

“Je recommande!”
+L’emplacement , le décor, le confort et l’équipement des chambres, la disponibilité du personnel. Très pratique: le parking dans l’hôtel
−Une petite remarque: dans un tel établissement le jus d’orange du petit-dejeuner ne devrait pas pas être industriel!

“Beautiful & comfortable Palazzo in Lucca centre”
+It’s a beautiful place with many authentic details inside. The location is directly in the centre yet in a calm side street, so a perfect balance. Breakfast are great, offering a good selection of high quality local food. Also the staff is great: helpful, friendly and welcoming

“Stylish boutique hotel”
+Stayed in a superior room which was large and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and can be eaten outside. Great location. Felt like an individual boutique hotel.
−Everything was great, it’s expensive but perfect for a special stay.

“Fabulous Hotel Dipinto - Lucca”
+Staff were so lovely, breakfast was exquisite, great choice and beautifully presented. The hotel is a stunning calm place to stay. Rooms are great size, beautiful bathroom, robes, slippers, toiletries & huge very comfy bed. Streets are noisy as in any old city with narrow streets, everything echoes but you hear none of that in the rooms due to great solid sound proofing windows & shutters - amazing peace and quiet - perfect for a restful nights sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the nicest hotel we saw in and around Lucca and in a beautiful location just a very short distance from the besutiful St Michel Square.
−There was nothing we didnt like. Ths only tiny improvement would be to provide milk dried or otherwise in the room. Tea & coffee & a lovely kettle were there but no milk. Black tea and coffee are not for everyone. Tiny thing which wouldnt stop me returning - I highly recommend this hotel.
