Jídlo a pití perfektní, pokoje velké a čisté.

“Supportive staff but very badly managed and maintained”
+The staff was supportive at least they tried to be
−The room that we booked could not be locked, the staff tried to help us with locking it but they failed and we had to switch rooms moving all our stuff again which wasted 30 minutes. The location is also hard to find and far from everywhere. The pool was unusable.

“Comfortable rooms / secluded setting/ near a beautiful beach/ service wasn’t up to standard”
+Beautiful pool in a hidden location near the lagoon and lots of birdlife/ not expensive
−Very slow service / overly expensive breakfast @ $10 per person - could get far better food and value elsewhere Undrinkable coffee

“Brud smród i robactwo”
Dodatkowo jakość przyrządzanego jedzenia pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

“OHEI is a stylish place that is pooly managed and maintained. Sad!”
+OHEI offers an exceptional architecture with a refreshing, modern design. The rooms are spacious. OHEI is located with direct access to a laguna framed by mangroves. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful.
−OHEI addresses the high segment of tourism. All prices are US$. However, the staff hardly speaks English and struggled with their own check-in procedure. They could not explain the various applicable fees/taxes. During the 15min check in (despite no other guest being around), mosquitos have their "welcome drink". The staff asked for the breakfast preferences, but a third was not available then. Eventually, the breakfast was delivered not according to the order. The shower was cloaked and the light was broken, so that one showers in the dark. OHEI decided then to carry out some cleanup at around 9PM in the evening - against my preference. The bathroom has grids instead of windows that cannot keep mosquitos out - which is in particular annoying at night when the bathroom lights will attract all insects nearby. While the premises have direct access to the laguna, it is a march of 10 to 15min to reach the beach.

+We had a wonderful stay at OHEI and can highly recommend this place. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful environment and the whole property is very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean, and we really enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the hotel. What made our stay truly special was the kind, helpful and attentive staff. Everyone was always smiling and willing to help with anything we needed. We especially appreciated their care when we had an early trip planned - they woke up at 3:30 AM and kindly prepared breakfast to go for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. OHEI is a great place to relax, enjoy nature and feel genuinely welcome. Thank you for a memorable stay - we would happily come back again
