“This I wouldn’t recommend to anyone til they upgrade their staff and cleanliness of their rooms”
+My reservation was messed up and I ended up having to stay at The hotel landmark.
−I wasn’t at my original destination of rent. Had to settle for the hotel. Staff there was horrible. No towels or washcloths. No toilet paper or amenities for room

“Extremely Disappointed”
+Separate bedrooms. Multiple bathrooms. Full kitchen
−False advertisement. Photos and amenities were combined with another location so item's listed could not be accurately distinguished between the two. I thought that I was bringing my 84 year old mother to a beachfront location where she could watch the ocean from the room. I thought my location had a restaurant attached, a bar, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi and at least a place to get ice for the room. But none of it was true. There wasn't even a front desk to check in. It was all handled by text messages. I am contacting Booking to see what remedies are at my disposal and to inform them of your misleading practices. I will write the biggest review on my experience and share it with everyone!!! You made my mother's final trip to the ocean the worst we ever experienced. Shame on you!!!

“The stay was good but I would just book a normal hotel next time”
−Fan in the main bathroom was extremely loud when turned on The condos are above stores , one which played loud music until 11pm at night. The breaker kept going off when we used the lights in the living room . WiFi didn’t work , the name never showed up on the name the gave. They didn’t have any cable so we had to use or Netflix to login since tv was already signed into internet. Had to go all over to get kids to swim , staff at landmark was not friendly when checked in I asked about swimming and waterpark and she didn’t act like she wanted to answer my questions because they were busy .
