“Basic accommodation with convenient transport links.”
+I liked that the apartment had the basic amenities needed to prepare some meals at home. Although it’s a bit far from the city centre, the nearby bus stops and metro stations made getting around much easier.
−The apartment had some issues, such as peeling paint and stains on the walls, although I didn’t notice any signs of dampness. The kitchen door also couldn’t open fully and got in the way when open. Overall, it’s a very basic place, but it serves its purpose if you’re mainly looking for somewhere to sleep.

+Absolutely nothing
−My room was double booked. On arrival the door code worked but my key inside was missing. I knocked on the door and found someone else inside. I called the manager and they told me I was supposed to be in a different room the key which was also missing. They said I needed the emergency key was in a box that they didn’t know the code for. One of the other residents seem to know the property and is able to retrieve the emergency key that opens all the rooms. Proceeded to knock on all the doors and tried the key on any no one answered. Those doors were double Locked. The manager tried to blame Booking.com on the phone, and said that nothing was therefore, that there was nothing they could do and promptly hung up then stopped taking calls. By the time they gained to provide official cancellation to Booking.com, it was three in the morning and I had to be up at 6 am.. The whole experience was a total disaster for me and although I have now received confirmation that I will be refunded the compensation for the stress and impingement of my working day was worth a lot more than the booking itself. Other residents in the building who came and went with a variety of friends and stank of weed

−Op enkele plaatsen bladderde de verf af. Het is echt wel super mini. Ik denk niet dat er veel gekookt zal worden in deze studio. :-)

+Small studio with a kitchanate, nice bathroom. Well organized. Easy self checkin. Quiet location. Suitable for a couple.

+The studio was very clean and adequately equipped.
−The door was not sound proofed and other guests were noisy when coming and going during the night. It would be helpful to have some prominently displayed notices requesting that guests are quiet and considerate of other guests when in shared spaces.
