“Great location, poor customer service”
+The location is amazing
−They should advertise that the electricity and AC are only available at certain times of the day. Also the hotel was empty, we asked to check out one hour later and they said no because the room was taken... There were only a couple of other guests

“Relax i natura.”

“Horrible experience . A shame because it has great potential (location)”
+Location
−No one for check-in. No one for check-out. Spent 2 nights . First night withour water. Second night without electricity in all the complex. Horrible. No gesture nor compensation. We had to pay extras (for accessing the place (located in a park) every day). This was not mentioned either

+It was beautiful and peaceful. Great for a tech free romantic getaway.
−We were the only ones there after our 1st night. They closed the kitchen an hour early while we were standing there trying to figure out what to eat. The AC and power were off each day during the hottest part of the day, so no afternoon nap in your room while it's hot out. And the sargassum was horrible. No access to the ocean at all (fluke of nature...not their fault). We changed to another resort on day 2 that had access to cenotes for swimming. We would have stayed, but limited food, no beach, and limitef AC were too much to bear.
