+It is right outside of Boston Logan Airport, there is a water taxi right outside the hotel to take you over the harbor, but it's $20 per person each way. The staff are really helpful and friendly!
−Had assume strange smells, the pillows are so hard, and it isn't worth the $500 price!

“Good location near the airport.”
+The location is great if you have an early morning flight. The beds are comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport is appreciated.
−The lighting in the bathrooms is inadequate and the pillows are too firm for our taste.

“Excellent accommodations with spectacular view.”
+It was clean and modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The food was delicious. The harbor view was outstanding! The walkway on harbor side was also very enjoyable.
−It was more expensive than I am accustomed to, however the convenient location to the airport and free shuttle services was worth it.

“Gorgeous view okay value would hesitate to pay more than what I did though.”
+Beautiful view worth more than what they ask for and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was excellent too. And the lobby/restaurant is very nice as well. Bed was comfortable and room was very large with a million dollars view of the skyline.
−Kind of a pain to get into town if you don’t have a car. Room smelled slightly musty/maybe like cigarettes. Shower door would not stay closed on its own. Rooms overall probably close to needing a light renovation. (For instance the alarm clock had a IPod charging port to date the furnishings :p)

“Good”
+Convenient location if you’re headed for the airport in the morning. The Boston Harbor views are stunning and it’s surprisingly quiet for a hotel adjacent to the airport. Breakfast is great.

“Perfect. Could not recommend more!”
+The views are exceptional - a real surprise!
−The road network to get to the hotel is a little confusing for new arrivals - but we got there in the end!

“Very disappointed”
+The views
−Nowhere comfortable to sit anywhere in the lobby. No lounge. Poor restaurant. Very spartan. Not at all up to Hyatt standards. Mediocre at best. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

“Great hotel for Boston Airport”
+Great location for the Airport & City, free buses to the airport and easy access to the boat into town. Staff very friendly on check in & out. Amazing runway view room (my kind of excitement!!) would definitely stay again if staying in Boston
−Nothing!
