“Good location but poor facilities.”
+Great location and nice lounge area. The rooms were spacious.
−There was a conference occurring the day we checked in which meant the lobby lounge was closed and check in was a bit confusing. We sat at the bar which was okay but unfortunately we saw a roach crawl up the coffee machine. Additionally the hallways filled up with cooking smells from the restaurant. Not pleasant at all. No pool or sauna to be found.

“Perfect Central Location and Exceptional Hospitality in Zagreb”
+The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Zagreb, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city on foot. Most of the major attractions are within a 5-10 minute walk, and you can comfortably cover the key sights in about 30-45 minutes of walking time, excluding the time spent at each attraction. As is common with hotels in major city centers, parking is not available directly at the property. However, the hotel staff conveniently arrange to park your car at a nearby location and bring it back whenever you need it or are ready to depart. This thoughtful service makes staying in the city center with a car much easier. The buffet breakfast had somewhat limited options for vegetarians like us. However, what truly impressed us was the staff's proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Without us having to raise any concerns, they approached us to ask for feedback. When we mentioned the limited vegetarian choices, they welcomed our suggestions and assured us that they would take them into consideration. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They also provided excellent recommendations and detailed guidan
