“Spartan and uncomfortable stay”

−Apart from the location and the size of room, there is very little positive to say about this property. Upon arrival, it was difficult for my driver to locate the property as it is not well signed. There is no lift to the entrance, so you are forced to carry luggage up a number of flights of stairs, which are slippery when it rains. Inside, there are no stairs so you are forced to drag luggage downstairs as my room was downstairs. Although the room and bathroom are well sized, there were no side tables to place objects so I was forced to use the luggage table. There was no kettle or complimentary tea or coffee which is normal in a three star property. Also, there was no fridge to store water The bed was very hard and I woke each morning to a very sore back. The pillows are not fluffy and the duvet is not large enough to cover the entire bed either. The bathroom has no complimentary toiletries, only a 3 in 1 soap. There’s also no full length mirrors which could easily be incorporated in the inside of the wardrobe. Breakfast was next door at the b smart hotel, but you need to descend the stairs again to access the property although you are able to use the lift and back entrance on le

“Ci torneremo senz'altro.”
+Struttura ben posizionata: stazione ferroviaria e outlet ragiungibili a piedi. Ben ristrutturato ed adattato, ben manutenuto. Camera grande (senza richiederlo ci hanno dato l'upgrade alla Junior suite) e con i servizi necessari. Molto semplice l'autocheck in e il ritiro chiavi. Buona colazione nel vicino ristorante convenzionato. Non possiamo dire niente dello staff in quanto non abbiamo avuto contatti con alcuna persona.
−Le scale di accesso sono un po' ripide da fare con i bagagli. Visto la mancanza di bar o reception all'interno della struttura, suggeriamo di aggiungere un bollitore o una macchinetta per the/caffè oltre all'acqua messa a disposizione gratuitamente.

−Schiebetür zum Bad schließt nicht ganz d.h. wenn sich dort jemand aufhält, bekommt das der Rest der Familie mit (vor allem in der Nacht sehr störend).

−il faudrait que le site précise que c'est un self check-in qu'il n'y a ni reception ni personnel dans l'hotel. le tchek-in fut très compliqué et seul un autre utilisateur qui est sortis m'a montrés comment m'enregistrer et avoir accès a ma chambre. le reste était très bien.

−digitales Check-in: technisch Probleme mit dem Automat, zwei Anrufe an die Zentrale waren nötig / Zimmer 9: direkt beim Fenster liegen zwei Kühlgeräte, welche andauernd in Betrieb sind, was die ganze Nacht hörbar war und das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht ermöglicht

+Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr sehr freundlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

“Good value for the price”
+Nice, quiet, clean comfortable
−You need to pay additionally for parking. Long walk up the stairs from the parking lot. It's only a problem if you are carrying luggage. The check-in email was sent late and I couldn't check-in online. It is possible to check-in at the door but it takes some time. No breakfast or coffee option close by. No kettle in the room.

“Super”
+Self check-in et check-out très simple. Je suis arrivée et partie avec l’impression d’être passée inaperçu. Très pratique si l’on a pas de temps. Possibilité sur demande de nettoyer la chambre chaque jour si l’on souhaite. Les chambres sont très confortables et propre, plus ou moins spacieux pour un court séjour.
