“We loved our stay and will stay again!”
+The location was close to everything and room was lovely.
−A little noisy in the early hours of the morning with them throwing bottles in bins in the alley below our room.

+Overall outstanding room for the price we paid. Staff we're exceptionally helpful. Bathroom was the stand out.
−Speakers near the bed made a weird sound that we couldn't turn off.

“Great stay! Entrance hard to find.”
+The check in process was quick and easy. The room was good quality and the bed was very comfy. Very little to no noise came in from outside, which is good considering its location and surroundings bars and restaurants.
−Room lighting took a minute to figure out, and couldn't get my bedside lamps to work. Very minor issue. Entrance was a little hard to find as a first time visitor. Think there needs to be clearer signage leading to the correct alleyway Won't be a problem once found though.

“Great stay in this beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Sydney”
+A colleague and I stayed at the Establishment Hotel in September 2026. From the start our stay was great. The friendly receptionist showed us to our rooms, explained how to use all of the facilities in the room and in the hotel. The Studio Room was lovely: clean and comfortable, great rainwater shower with really good water pressure, separate bath with bath salts (very relaxing!), king size bed was perfect. The location in the Sydney CBD was very convenient, close to Circular Quay and some great restaurants and bars. All-in-all, a great stay and definitely a hotel that I will stay at again!

+Very good location- close to Rocks- Circular Quay and CBD
−Weird light controls in rooms with no labeling- just as likely to turn all lights off as some on.
