“Hotel to expensive for what it offers. Staff lacks training in basic manners and hospitality.”
+Location (nice view, near the cable car), apartment amenities and cleanliness upon arrival
−To expensive for what it offers. Children play area to small and severly lacking with content, no jacuzzi or pool (hotels with similar price in the same city offer all of these amenities), apartments are not cleaned by the hotel during the stay. Only in the middle of the stay you can throw dirty towels for washing. I was told bed sheets are cleaned every 2 weeks (if the stay is that long). They accept only cash for the drinks taken from the fridge. In case of card you have to pay 5% more. You are being watched during breakfast by the staff to not take anything with you outside the dinning area. The boss “politely” warns you (in public) only after you made the mistake of taking a few muffins or fruits for the kids. The staff spy does not warn you immediatelly when the see you making that mistake, they only snitch to the boss. There are signs around the hotel regarding all these issues, be careful to read everthing.

“Heerlijk ontspannen”

“Definitely will come back!”
+Spotless aparthotel. Room was marvelous, had everything one could need - a full fledged kitchen, along with a dishwasher, toiletries, comfortable beds, great terrace. The breakfast had great choice of local products, among others. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that we got free access to the cable cars that can take you up on the mountains where there were lots of activities for kids.
−Everything was great

“Idealic winter holiday and coeliac/gluten free friendly.”
+This was our second stay in winter and the location is top. Just a short walk to the start of the ski lifts, and you can leave your ski gear in dedicated hotel lockers at the lift so you don't have to carry it backwards and forwards. The hotel and holiday apartments are all immaculately clean, very spacious and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The kids play room near the breakfast area is a great little feature too. The breakfast is fantastic and there are even plenty of gluten free options for Coeliacs on request (including the best GF croissants we've found since the diagnosis). I have to say the area looks like a great place to visit during summer and autumn as well.
