“Overall, the stay was fine but for the price the value was lacking.”
+Facilities were nice (hot tub, golf course, etc.) and staff were friendly.
−The cabin room was pretty basic, big stains on the carpet, large cobwebs in the window when opened and no view from the room. There was nothing that stood out as luxury. No tea in the room and the two water bottles that were provided were such cheap plastic they wouldn’t stand on their own. All of these things are minor but for the price of the room there was not a “wow factor.”

“We had an amazing experience. The room”
+We stayed room 28 A , we were there for our 10 yr anniversary. We appreciated having the balcony with beautiful views and our private outside hot tub. We loved our stay and we believe kitchen is great for larger gatherings ( we didn’t use it much since we ate at restaurants mostly but it’s great for people who want to grill and have fun). I would love to stay again. The bathroom was clean.
−The ottoman was a little dirty and the floor was vacuumed but unsure if it was mopped ( our child spilled water on the wood floor and when we wiped the floor the napkin was super dirty )

“Very Nice Resort but Needs Some Improvements”
+The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful property with nice facilities. We rented a 2-bedroom house, and it was very nice. The area is beautiful. However, there are some drawbacks and things to know.
−The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful resort that appears to be largely run by a bunch of teenagers. The staff was friendly, but they mostly appeared to be part-time employees who were working at their summer job. With the exception of the golf pro and the golf Marshall (who were excellent), it felt like all the other staff members, from the front desk to the recreation center to the restaurant, were kind of phoning it in. Not the level of service I expected for a resort of this caliber and for the amount of money I paid. The place is expensive! I also wasn't impressed by the food at the Ranch restaurant. We only ate there once as it didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. I also didn't understand that everyone gets around the property either on golf carts (for a hefty sum per day) or in their car. We walked from our house to the main area, but it was a 15 min walk, and the pathway isn't well lit after dark. It's clear that a lot of people don't walk. It's also worth noting that it is far from Bend - like 35-40 mins drive. I did research the location, but I didn't understand that it takes 35 mins to drive 18 miles in and around that area.

“Okay place to stay.”
+Nice area to walk around. Staff was nice. Had fun throwing axes. Utilized the shuttle into bend and had a nice dinner. Driver was super nice.
−Bed was not comfortable. We aren't golfers or horse people so not much to do.
