“Ok for an overnight stay”
+Hot tub and room was ok.
−That room was right on road front on busy Rd, so quite noisy

“Amazing place! Will stay here again”
+We had booked the micro studio but upon check-in realized that we would like a bigger room as we were staying for longer. The person at the reception helped us switch our room to a one bedroom from our 4th night. Both the micro studio and the one bedroom were clean. There are great views of the mountains and we had all the equipment needed in the kitchen and washroom we needed. Overall a great stay!

+房間很大，設備齊全（廚房、沙發….），離rocky mountain bagel很近很方便
−房間地板有點不是太乾淨，赤腳走路會有沙沙的感覺、腳底會髒掉，可以加強打掃

“We loved our stay at Basecamp Resorts”
+The unit was clean, functional and very well equipped, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was also nice to have coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets and laundry pods provided. Walkable distance to Canmore town center, and we absolutely loved the roof terrace hot tub which has incredible views overlooking the mountains.
−For noise sensitive guests, the train passing through the night may cause some sleep disruption, this didn't bother us much but thought it was worth mentioning for other travellers.

“Would actively dissuade people from staying here”
+The hotel is a close walk to downtown and the pathways, easy to find. Having a fridge was nice to be able to buy a few groceries.
−The complimentary ear plugs might be for the train noise but that was honestly the least of the noise concerns. The ear plugs did little to cover all the noise coming from the shoddy construction. You can hear every person in the unit about walking around, the exterior stairs bang every time someone’s on them and the duct work clangs and taps all night long. The draft coming in around and under the door was freezing in September I can’t even imagine what it would be like in the winter. You can see a gap all the way around the door, it isn’t even sealed properly. The hot water would last 2-3 minutes before turning lukewarm and the complimentary conditioner was empty. There was smushed, dead bugs stuck to the walls and the kitchen cabinets. The tv remote was missing and the only redeeming part of the whole stay was the women at the desk who worked hard to find it. Any one of these things might not have been a deal breaker but for the exorbitant fee, it all added up to an incredibly disappointing stay

+Loved the A/C in the room since there is no central A/C.
−Bed and pillows could be better. Could have used more towels.
