“I recommend it and can’t wait to come again”
+The staff is very informative and welcoming.. they explain everything.. the service is so fast .. I took two bedroom suit the view is amazing .. I felt so relaxed and happy during my stay.. escaping the city and the crowded hotels this one you feel it’s quiet and peaceful place. I was enjoying the shuttle and it comes very fast. Resort is very spacious and I felt I’m in the forest..
−Cleaning is not that much good .. They don’t change towels even the one I throw on floor I saw it’s kept back again . The breakfast buffet no variety of cheese but I liked the fruits provided .

“Super nice, clean and comfortable”
+Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was super accessible so was the pool. The stay was soo good that we extended to 2 more days and the hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to the suite which was equally nice and we had a very comfortable stay.
−Its constructed on the mountain so please do keep this in mind while booking. The cart/buggy service from the rooms to the lobby is exceptional however, you will have to get a tuk tuk which costs money every time you will leave the hotel to go down to patong beach or come towards the hotel unless you are fit and can manage the steep roads. Other than this everything is amazing and the location is exceptional as well.

“Overall, a disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and unprofessional staff service.”
+The location and overall atmosphere were the only positive aspects of the property.
−Disappointing Experience Dear Management, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. The room cleanliness was unacceptable, showing a clear lack of attention to basic hygiene. Additionally, the attitude and customer service of the lobby staff were very poor and unprofessional. The treatment we received and the lack of proper room cleanliness were far below expectations. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I have no intention of staying at this hotel again. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves housekeeping standards and staff behavior.

+The location with the view on the bay is just perfect. The view from the main lobby / bar / restaurant area is great. Same for the overall location and access to a small private beach on the bay. Really nice. Garden is gorgeous
−The room we had was a bit dated and noisy. It's due to the location between two levels and close to the reception area, with a lot of traffic at all hours of the day or the night. The room itself shows signs of its age, with some painting on the ceiling being worn, as well as the bathroom

“A wonderful relaxing stay at a great location.”
+The Amari Phuket is a fantastic hotel in a great location at Patong. It's just enough out of the craziness but close enough that you can walk (if you like the heat) or catch a tuk tuk or the free shuttle into the main streets. The view from our room was spectacular and the room is a great size with all amenities. A great view comes with the trade off of having to walk up a lot of stairs and hills - most of this is taken care of with the free shuttles to your room - but it wouldn't be a good place for anyone with mobility issues. The staff are lovely and friendly. We quite liked having the Coral Room access where we could stop for a cool drink and snack on the way down to the pool.
−The breakfast buffet offered a great spread but some items ended up being cold as they were kept under heat lamps. But that's just a tiny thing.
