“Weird setup mice bed”
+Undercover parking Central location
−2br appartment was just a sectioned off area attached to the main resedence, one bedroom had 2 single beds (one that had mice excrement and urine under pillow) and a table and chairs chucked inbetween to act as a lounge area? the other was the main bedroom, the kitchen was actually the laundry alcove between toilet and bathroom with the toilet seat being not even 1m from kitchen area

“just an overnighter on my way home from outback trip.”
+Very spacious bathroom, excellent shower. Room and bed comfortable, able to get a good night's sleep. Very generous servings for dinner menu
−Was a little disappointed that the restaurant on their website wasn't open, though room service option was fine alternative. Location is on the main road, so a little noisy when heavy trucks rolled by, but that wasn't too bad overall

+Everything was excellent and we'd be more than happy to go back again.
−There really wasn't anything not to like. If we didn't have other plans then it would've been good to eat there.

“Reception and Restaurant staff were excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”
+Facilities well maintained. Restaurant on-site is a bonus - menu options and food was excellent. Breakfast was also great. Motor Inn is right across the road from IAG store.
−Nothing - all was great.

“Probably top 5 one of the best hotels I have stayed in.”
+The property was surprisingly comfortable. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how lovely it smelt, it was fresh and the space was used very well. The bathroom was beautiful and Betsy spacious, I didn’t feel claustrophobic like I normally do with other hotel stays. The check in staff was accomodating and well accomodating. Parking was convenient and loved how it was in front of my room. I have stayed in many hotels for my travels in predominantly as a solo traveller so I was really impressed with the layout and service.
−The bathroom window was not secure and popped off its hinge so safety was a-bit of an issue. The TV didn’t work, it’s not really a big site so I feel like the rooms could do with a TV update with the apps on the remote. It was abit dusty and the bed head hinges could use with a clean as well as the phone and remote could use a wipe down. Would be nice if there was door chain lock from the inside for extra security and the feeling of security especially as a solo traveller as I felt the pop in lock wasn’t enough. But over all they are just minor fixes. I really enjoyed my stayed and will definitely be back.

“Absolutely rubbish stay - never go back”
+Room was clean
−Restaurant closed despite the website saying it was open. Also no spare toilet rolls in bathroom or bedroom. I asked why the restaurant was closed and manager said there were not enough people staying to open it! How many do they want as I counted 10 cars in the car park.

“Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms, highly recommend”
+Room was spacious and clean and beautiful, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The bathroom was lovely. Assigned parking and spacious parking.
−Could do with somewhere to put shampoo etc. in the actual shower.
