+Ms. Tatjana was very polite and helpful, I was very warm welcomed in Vila Planta. Super comfortable and super clean. Free WIFI 24/7. Good location, everything you need was in reach. I will sure book again Villa Planta for my stay.

+Het appartement was nieuw en schoon. Inchecken en uitchecken verliep soepel, zelfstandig en vlekkeloos. Erg lekkere bedden dus we hebben goed geslapen en fijne keuken/zitplek.
−Toen wij er waren waren er werkzaamheden aan de weg. Daardoor moesten we op de dag van vertrek de macedonische mensen lief aankijken om ruimte te maken (wat ze deden, dus dat was top). Het water in de douche was best wel koud.

“It could have been a great stay...”
++Central location roughly halfway between the lake and the bus station (around 15 minutes walk each). Near several grocery stores. On the main street, but not immediately by the street. +Clean rooms (dishes not so much). +Helpful and responsive host (at arrival/whatsapp). +Good shower (although it takes a while for the water to warm up).
−-The power went out for approximately half a day, and alongside it the internet connection. This was something we specifically asked about well before arrival and it was a crucial factor for our choice of accommodation. The case caused us unfortunate complications of which the host is aware. We were offered some compensation, which, unfortunately, does not compensate for lost time or being yelled at by angry people who were unable to reach us with their time-sensitive matters. -There was an active and ongoing roadwork a few steps away from the building, of which we only learned as we arrived.

−There was no bidet at toilet, and there wasn’t an iron in the apartment, so we had to ask the host for one. The sofa in the living room was quite small and was really only comfortable for one person. There was also no oven or microwave. It would have been more useful to have these basic amenities rather than two TVs and air conditioning.

“I would stay here again”
+Loved the staff, very welcoming and responded to our needs right away, location is great, very short walk to town , market close by, lots of sun light in the room, spacious studio, everything was great except for their towels, old worn out towels and they are more of A scrub than a towel, it felt Like sand paper on your body, some are worse than others, they also don’t smell that good although they are washed , it’s just the way they are washed or the detergent used. Also be prepared to have your own body wash and shampoo because those are only provided in a form of two tiny bottles the first day, after that , they are not renewed , but they do renew towels And toilet paper. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, if you don’t mind the towels, I would certainly recommend this place.

+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do starego miasta. Sam apartament urządzony minimalistycznie ale komfortowo. Bardzo przestronny. Personel przemiły. Gospodyni dopytywała czy czegoś nam nie brakuje. Parking pod budynkiem to dodatkowy plus.
