+הדירה נהדרת, מרווחת, נעימה מצוחצחת והנוף משגע. תאודורס היה מארח נחמד מאד וסייע כאשר היינו זקוקים לו.
−לא השתמשנו בקומה התחתונה מאחר והייתה נפרדת לחלוטין מהעליונה (גישה רק מבחוץ) למרות ששילמנו גם עליה.

“Beautiful location and views, but the villa’s split layout and limited amenities were disappointing”
+Great location with beautiful views. The host was friendly, responsive and immediately fixed an issue we had during our stay. The hosts' hospitality (gave us a delicious watermelon and 2 bottles of wine) and willingness to help when issues came up (like the very fast fix when the shower broke twice) were a definite plus in our stay.
−The property is advertised as one villa, but is actually split into two completely separate levels with private entrances and no internal connection, which forced our group to split up. The downstairs part is quite basic, with no proper living area, kitchen or other amenities, so it isn’t really possible to use it independently beyond sleeping. Only 3 of the 5 bedrooms had AC, and the kitchen equipment was worn and insufficient for the number of guests. The furnishing, toilets, baths, showers are old and worn.

“Beautiful Villa and Great Host”
+We arrived to a huge home and greeted by a great host, Theodoros and a nice bottle of wine. The place was so large and roomy that we each had our own rooms so could disengage from each other instead of feeling crammed together in a small home. The views from the veranda of the Aegean are fantastic. Theodoros was great and always accessible when we had questions. He provided us a list of places to eat and visit. We were 5 minutes by car to Batsi and 15 minutes to the ferry port. The one issue we had was addressed quickly by Theodoros and his father. We wish our stay was longer and we plan to stay there again when we are back in Greece. Bravo to Theodoros for a beautiful villa.

−3 chambres sur 5 sont climatisées idéalement ils faudrait les climatiser bisous étions 5 amis du coup la des partitions des chambres a été sujet à discussion

+Struttura bellissima con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzatissima, sala pranzo enorme e ben arredata, porticato esterno meraviglioso con un tavolo splendido, area barbecue fantastica,… Theodoros è un ospite eccellente, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

“Θα ερχόμουν σίγουρα ξανά, νομίζω δεν χόρτασα το μπαλκόνι με τη θέα”
+Το προσωπικό κι ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενείς, μας επέτρεψαν να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας νωρίτερα έως ότου ολοκληρώσουν την καθαριότητα. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο, ήσυχο και καθαρό με καταπληκτική θέα. Περάσαμε υπέροχα 2 οικογένειες με 5 μεγάλο παιδιά χωρίς να πιεστούμε διότι οι εξωτερικοί κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι όλα τα λεφτά!
−Πολύ κοντά στο Μπατσί και στις ωραίες παραλίες αλλά όχι με τα πόδια. Πρέπει υποχρεωτικά να πάρεις αυτοκίνητο, αλλά δεν μας προβλημάτισε. Απλά καλό είναι να διευκρινίζεται στο site.
